I am out of proportion! Need tips for longer legs and bigger ***!? I am 15. I am almost 5"2 so rather short. I am 32DD but fit comfortably into 34D as well. My bust is obviously rather large. My bust in about a size 12 but I am petite and like my clothes tight so around my actual stomach would be a size 8.
My *** is small but there. I wear like size 8 trousers. Only my stomach almost same size as bum so you can only really see it if it suck in practically like an anorexic.
My legs are skinny and short and my feet are small (size 4 and 1/2). When I buy jeans I have to cut about 10cm off or roll them up!!
Everything about me starts big at the top and just gets smaller until my feet and its really annoying.
All my fat collects around my stomach instead of my bum and legs + I have stupid love handles.
These flaws but they bother me because all I ever wanted was to be in proportion!
A size 12 bikini top only just keeps me covered up and a size 8 bikini bottom is a bit baggy! What the hell is wrong with me?

Girls, i want to know why you are so against a guy with a good body wearing speedos? They are comfortable, they provide a much better tan and they actually hold all my parts together. you guys run around with big cellulite asses in bikinis, but a guy in good shape gets bagged on by wearing a suit that actutally looks sexy if you open your eyes and grow up. |

well I feel really bad maybe it has to do with genetics. A lot of times this is the reasoning & its hard to fight. Actually this is totally understandable if you check out a girl that is around your age because your a teen even though to society sees you as an adult. But when you start looking at girls that are more than 5 years younger & getting sexual feeling for them its NOT RIGHT AT ALL!
You need to seek help from someone & if you believe in GOD its best to pray so that you may fight this. Its is not right. You can seriously go to jail for this type of thing. Soon you may act on your thoughts. Tell a friend, a close family member because this is serious you might do something instinctive to an innocent girl that you will regret.

High School swimming question ?? ( 10 Pts.)? I'm a Freshman girl at High School and I have question on what I should wear when I go swimming(This Monday).I know everyone is probably gonna say you obviously should wear a bikini but I think i'm gonna look like a freakin whore with it on.(I'm a 38C , Big *** and hour-glass body.)Every guy is like I can't wait to see your sexy body...LOL.I see these other girls that wear bikinis in the pool but they are flat with no ***.

| If you are trying out for the high school swim team then you should just wear a one piece swim suit. Competitive swimmers usually wear a one piece suit so you can swim faster and it makes it a lot easier when you are doing starts, flip turns etc. to be in a one piece suit. If you aren't going for the high school swim team, then just go ahead and wear whatever you feel comfortable in. |

| Unfortunately you can't spot target weight loss. You can however cut fats from your diet and pick certain exercises that will target the areas of your body you wish to slim down or tone up. For instance, while you may start losing weight, you can do exercises that promote the pectoral muscles which will help to lift and perk your breasts. My mother always says that I'm fat? I'm about 5'6 5'7 and weigh around 140 pounds - I'm 15
My mother always tells me I'm fat. Or that I'm gaining weight. She used to be a ballerina and was bulimic. She tells me that I have my Grandmothers genes and that I'll end up with a big *** and huge arms and it's disgusting. Whenever I go towards the snack drawer she'll watch me liek a hawk. Then she'll comment on it. Today I had a rice cracker and she told me I was getting chubby. That soon I'll have to wear a bikini and shorts. That I wont look nice. She tells me that I am unactive (I have gym 2x a week, yoga 3, walk to school, walk). I've been on a no candy diet for a month and only had a few small slip ups (cookie) and I don't drink soda very often.
My moms constantly on a diet. Shes really unhappy with herself. She always say how amazing she used to look etc. Telling me that I should get to the shape I want to be now. When I asked her if she told me I was fat because she was so unhappy with her body image she told me she was doing me a favor. I used to be happy with my body. I remeber when I was 10, I was in a bikini and I had a bit of a tummy (where my top ended and where my bottoms started) and she started crying and told me I was so fat. Ever since then I've been checking my BMI to make sure I'm in a normal range.
When I eat I feel guilty. I've thought about throwing up but always refuse to do it. I'm not happy with my body anymore - I hate shopping and I only wear black pants because my legs don't look fat in them. whenever I indulge I regret it right away. Sometimes I wont eat anythig but an apple or some crackers.
I don't think I have an eating disorder. But I'm afraid that I'll get one. Please, is there anyway to make my mom and myself happy? I can't ignore her.

| I'll stop short of telling you to punch your mom in the nose but just try and ignore her. She is the problem here. Not you. You should be able to talk to somebody at school for counciling on how to deal with your mother and anybody with any problem situation. Find out how to do that. Good luck and don't let your mothers problems become your problems. |

breackfast:crunchy nut corn flakes milk
lunch:bread roll with chicken mayonase lettuce and onion
choclate bar
crisps
bottle of bpm(fizzy drink)
dinnner: meat, veg , carbohydrate
evening:a couple of cookies.
i know this cud be better does anyone know around how many calories this is?
